Captain Robert is a highly experienced USCG-licensed captain with over 16 years of hands-on boating experience and 14 years as a licensed professional. He holds a USCG 200-Ton Master license with a Towing Endorsement, and has safely operated vessels ranging from 12-foot boats to 140-foot yachts.

The majority of Captain Robert’s career has been spent running yachts, but his experience extends across a wide range of vessel types and propulsion systems, including center consoles, single and twin engine boats, and Hamilton jet drives. This broad background allows him to confidently train boaters on everything from basic handling to advanced maneuvering techniques.

Captain Robert has spent most of his professional career boating between the Florida Keys and West Palm Beach, developing deep local knowledge of the area’s waterways. For the past 12 years, he has also traveled extensively throughout the Bahamas, with significant time spent in Bimini, Nassau, Eleuthera, Harbour Island, the Exumas, the Abacos, Long Island, and beyond. In addition, he has completed numerous long-range vessel deliveries from South Florida to New York, Louisiana, Haiti, and St. Martin.

Captain Robert believes South Florida is one of the most unique boating destinations in the world, offering something for every style of boater, from waterfront dining and relaxed sandbars to secluded anchorages, snorkeling, diving, and crystal-clear waters found off West Palm Beach, Miami, and the Keys.

With a calm teaching style and real-world experience, Captain Robert is passionate about helping boaters build confidence, sharpen their skills, and enjoy the water safely.
